Collecting and entering data in databases enables every department to access data to create a better work environment and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information.

Data Collection and Compilation:

• Collecting and compiling data from each department and ensuring accurate record of production.
• Ensuring the daily consumption of physical stock in glaze line preparation and digital ink sections for posting.

SAP Execution and Posting:

• Executing C011 T-code for posting daily produced Qty of GPS, Press, Glaze Line, Ink Jet, Firing, Squaring and Polishing.
• Executing MIGO T-code for posting consumable materials & receiving materials of GPS, Press, Glaze Line, Ink Jet, Firing, Squaring & Polishing from store.
• Executing CO02 T-code to release the POs for posting.
• Executing MB52 T-code to verify the stocks before posting.
• Executing COOIS T-code to identify production order information.
• Executing COGI T-code to clear error posting goods movement.

Reporting:

• Generating Excel reports of daily production from each department.
• Retrieving production reports from SAP to assist accurate investigation for customer complaint.
• Compiling monthly reports encompassing the glaze line wastage, GPS wastage, recovery Glaze, Glaze line samples, shift-specific production monitoring, and Glaze Line KPI’s.
• Preparing daily Gap analysis and Daily production balance report.

Coordination and Problem-Solving:

• Coordinating with all departments to resolve discrepancies in received materials.

Data Accuracy:

• Assigning batch codes in accordance with the production schedule.
• Ability to update the data in system on time without any hindering.

• Collaborate with teams to get the work effectively achieved.
• Ensure effective communication with peers and managers, and show openness to directions and feedback.

Delivery:

• Execute the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
• Use resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.

Problem-Solving:

• Solve any related issues arise and escalate any complex operational problems.

• Follow quality requirements and specifications for products or processes or related activities.
