Q Mart announces an available job opportunity for the position of:
Greek Yogurt Production Specialist Tasks and Responsibilities:- Hands-on experience in manufacturing and preparing Greek yogurt.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the stages of yogurt production, starting from preparing the milk through fermentation and straining processes.
- Adjusting texture, flavor, and acidity levels in line with quality standards.
- Familiarity with ingredient ratios and straining techniques to achieve a rich, creamy, and thick consistency.
- Commitment to cleanliness and food safety during production.
- Monitoring product quality and ensuring recipe and production process consistency.
- Ability to develop and improve recipes to meet operational requirements.
- Prior hands-on experience in producing Greek yogurt.
- Good knowledge of fermentation and straining methods.
- Precision and attention to product quality.
- Commitment, cleanliness, and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work within a team.
