- Coordinate and organize the production team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Work closely with the production team and supervise the assembly and manufacturing of units.
- Inspect units during and after production to ensure they meet required technical and quality standards.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
. - Use AutoCAD to review and prepare technical drawings when required.
- Develop and modify machine programming and PC-based programs used for production equipment.
- Support troubleshooting and resolve technical or production-related issues.
- Inspect incoming materials and components to ensure they meet the required quality specifications.
- Conduct and monitor welding tests and ensure welding quality meets the required standards.
- Perform testing and inspection of completed units before final delivery.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to address quality, technical, and production issues.
- Maintain accurate production, inspection, and testing records.
- Ensure production activities comply with company procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
- 2–3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, or a related engineering role.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of machine programming and PC-based programming
. - Experience with production inspection, material quality checks, and testing procedures.
- Knowledge of welding processes and welding quality inspection is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to coordinate and work effectively with production teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
