We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Oscillating Knife CNC Machine Operator to join our production team.
- CAD Software Proficiency:
Advanced skills in AutoCAD for handling, modifying, and preparing engineering vector files. - CAM Software Knowledge:
Hands-on experience with production software such as ArtCAM, Aspire, or similar packages. - Control Software:
High proficiency in VCUTWork (or equivalent control software dedicated to oscillating knife cutters). - Machine Control & Axis Understanding:
Deep comprehension of multi-axis machine operation, movement mechanics, and precise parameter controls. - Cutting Techniques & Precision:
Full familiarity with cutting details, optimizing toolpaths, speed settings, and machine movement to ensure minimal material waste and maximum quality. - Import and prepare CAD/CAM files for the cutting process.
- Configure machine settings (knife type, cut depth, speed, and origin) according to material specifications.
- Execute cutting operations with high accuracy and monitor machine performance.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep the equipment in top condition.
