- Coordinate material requests deliveries and transfers between departments and project sites
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of materials received issued and returned
- Review project drawings technical specifications and work schedules for assigned overhead transmission line sections
- Inspect incoming materials to verify quality quantity and compliance with project specifications
- Coordinate with the design team suppliers and manufacturers regarding material requirements and follow-ups
- Track shipments and ensure the timely delivery of materials to project sites
- Follow up on suppliers payments and letters of credit
- Prepare material status and inventory reports for management
- Support stock counts inventory audits and proper material storage and labeling
- Ensure compliance with company policies safety regulations and documentation standards
- Minimum eight years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in EHV overhead transmission line EPC/turnkey projects of 380 kV and above.
- Strong knowledge of material coordination, procurement follow-up, inventory management, and site logistics.
- Good coordination, reporting, and communication skills.
