Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing management, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for production principles.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, showcasing a proven track record in optimizing manufacturing processes.
Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification to demonstrate expertise in process improvement methodologies.
Experience with in the specific industry, such as automotive, pharmaceuticals, or consumer goods, to align with our production environment.
