We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team and oversee daily manufacturing and assembly operations within the switch gear industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise daily production and assembly activities to ensure production targets are achieved.
- Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and resources to optimize production efficiency.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery in accordance with quality and safety standards.
- Lead and manage shop-floor operations, ensuring smooth workflow and effective team performance.
- Identify production bottlenecks, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
- Monitor employee productivity and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
- Prepare production reports and maintain accurate operational documentation.
- Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant technical discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in switch gear manufacturing and production operations.
- Strong experience in manpower planning, shop-floor management, and production scheduling
. - Proven experience supervising manufacturing and assembly teams.
- Good knowledge of HSE requirements within manufacturing environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
