Role OverviewWe’re searching for a hands-on marketing leader who isn’t afraid of high standards, bold challenges, and building something that lasts.
This isn’t a role where you “operate.” It’s one where you orchestrate. You’ll guide a talented team of Saudi marketers, connect dots across functions, and set the vision that ties our brand, growth, and community together.
Your mission: expand Calo’s footprint, deepen cultural relevance, and create marketing that doesn’t just sell but moves people, emotionally, culturally, and behaviorally.

- Demonstrable experience leading high-impact marketing in B2C environments.
- Scaled consumer brands (subscription/D2C strongly preferred).
- Proven track record in brand building, growth strategy, and delivering on acquisition/brand KPIs.
- At least 5 years of experience working with Saudi consumer brands.
- Strong leadership experience building and managing teams.
- Hands-on experience managing marketing P&L.
- Solid understanding of both brand and performance marketing (you connect the dots, even if you don’t execute both).
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Ambitious, driven, and hungry to grow with the company.
- Bold and creative, unafraid to push boundaries.
- Hands-on yet strategic, you know when to zoom in and when to zoom out.
- Deeply connected to Saudi culture and consumer behavior.
- Personally passionate about health, wellness, and meaningful brands.
Location:
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Must already reside in Riyadh or be willing to relocate, as 90% of our team is here)
Reporting to: VP of Marketing
Team Structure:
You’ll be leading a diverse marketing team spanning campaigns, communications, content, events, and community initiatives, while also working closely with shared resources such as performance marketing and CRM/retention.
