Job Description

As the LEAP Brand Executive
, you will be responsible for developing, protecting, and elevating the LEAP brand across all touchpoints.

You will support the brand strategy, collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, and ensure consistent, high-quality brand execution across content, creative, digital, social, and experiential channels.

Your work will directly support LEAP’s positioning, brand growth, audience engagement, and overall brand presence in the tech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities Brand Management & Governance
  • Ensure all creative assets, visuals, and communications adhere to LEAP’s brand guidelines, tone of voice, and strategic platform.
  • Maintain brand libraries, creative assets, and messaging frameworks.
  • Track competitor marketing, brand presence, creative trends, and industry benchmarks.
Campaign Execution
  • Support the delivery of integrated brand campaigns across digital, OOH, video, PR, paid media, and social channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (content, attendee marketing, commercial, ops) to ensure all campaign executions align with the LEAP brand narrative.
  • Assist in planning key campaign moments including the brand launch, hero videos, ticketing campaigns, and content drops.
Content & Creative Coordination
  • Brief the creative team on design, video, and content needs and ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop supporting materials including presentations, messaging guides, brand decks, and campaign toolkits with the support of the brand manager.
  • Coordinate content creation for website, email, landing pages, banners, and social channels while ensuring brand tone and consistency.
Digital & Social
  • Support brand-led social content planning, including storytelling, hero moments, and major announcements.
  • Upload, manage, and monitor brand content on the LEAP website and CMS platforms.
Event Experience & On-Ground Branding
  • Support the development of the event’s visual identity and onsite branding experiences (way finding, signage, stage design, activations).
  • Coordinate branding requirements with operations, production, and creative to ensure immersive brand execution onsite.
  • Assist with VIP branding, partner branding, and special zones (e.g., Deep Fest, Investor Stage, Startup Zone).
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Monitor the performance of brand campaigns and creative assets.
  • Compile weekly/monthly brand performance updates and insights for the Marketing Manager.
  • Support post-event analysis, brand performance reports and benchmarking.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing or brand management.
  • Experience working with global brands or large-scale events is a plus.
