Marketing Manager, Product Marketing
The Local Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the growth and market share of consumer printers and projectors within the local market. This role bridges the central business unit with local execution, product positioning (pricing), country/retailer/channel, specific product range management and go-to-market plans that are effectively tailored to local consumer needs, sales channels, and competitive dynamics.
What you will do- Adapt regional product strategies to the local market.
- Define product positioning (pricing), messaging, and value propositions for consumer printer and projector ranges.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market developments
- Lead the planning and execution of product launches in the countries in collaboration with sales and product management (business unit) teams.
- Develop and implement local promotional activities (online, retail, events, and partnerships).
- Train and support sales staff and promoters to ensure accurate product knowledge.
- Conduct market research and consumer insights studies to identify trends and opportunities.
- Track product performance (sell-in/sell-out, share of shelf, market share) and recommend corrective actions.
- Report on ROI of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- 7+ years of marketing experience, ideally within consumer electronics, IT, or printing/projector industry.
- Proven track record in product marketing and go-to-market execution.
- Strong understanding of local consumer and retail dynamics.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a hands‑on approach.
