E-commerce Manager (Fashion Specialist)

• Overseeing the day-to-day marketplace
• E-commerce operations, customer service, updates, listings, promotions, product marketing, maintenance and performance
• Creating and launching ongoing promotional activity at the product level and defining the channel strategy by SKU (i.e. which e-commerce channels the products will be sold on and when)
• Building, managing and developing long-term e-commerce relationships in order to achieve targeted sales revenues by increasing the brand’s online presence (domestic and international)
• Leading and negotiating annual agreements with e-commerce partners
• Developing a plan, KPI and targets to achieve for each

• Define and implement the go-to-market strategy with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain and sales).
• Identify and implement new e-commerce trends and business growth opportunities

• Proven experience in e-commerce management
• Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects together
