What you'll be doingThe Regional Brand Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the strategy, execution, and performance of the CHANEL beauty brand across both retail and distribution channels. This role requires a strong commercial acumen combined with deep marketing expertise to drive brand visibility, market share, and profitability. Acting as the key point of contact between the brand and the market, the Regional Brand Manager ensures brand equity is preserved while delivering excellence in execution across sales, marketing, trade marketing, and merchandising.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Analyze sell-out data, monitor KPIs, and provide regular performance updates and business reviews to management
- Oversee brand performance in the distribution channel, ensuring targets are achieved in terms of sales, profitability, and market share.
- Identify growth opportunities, competitive insights, and trends to support long-term brand development.
- Develop and execute the annual marketing calendar, aligning local initiatives with brand strategy and global launches.
- Lead the planning and implementation of 360° marketing campaigns, ensuring strong visibility and consistent brand image across all touchpoints.
- Manage trade marketing activities across retail and distribution networks, ensuring effective in-store animations, events, and promotional activations.
- Oversee all merchandising activities to ensure brand image consistency across all retail environments.
- Ensure proper implementation of visual merchandising guidelines, PLVs, and campaign materials in boutiques and point-of-sale locations.
- Coordinate the launch of new campaigns and novelties, ensuring timely delivery and flawless execution across all stores.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess execution quality and ensure best-in‑class brand representation.
- Own the forecasting process for novelties, ensuring accuracy and alignment with marketing plans.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain and sales teams to ensure healthy inventory management.
- Support the sales team in defining and achieving commercial objectives and promotional strategies.
- Act as the key contact person for the brand, consolidating and sharing updates related to performance, execution, and local market insights.
