Marketing Manager - ERP & Digital Solutions

Are you a strategic marketer who knows how to position complex IT solutions, build a brand people trust, and generate leads that convert? We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to own and execute our entire marketing strategy for our ERP & Digital Solutions portfolio — and make a real impact.

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll wear many hats — strategist, storyteller, digital wizard, and growth driver. You’ll be responsible for:

Branding: Shape and amplify our brand identity for ERP and digital solutions, ensuring we’re recognized as a trusted partner in the market.
✅ SEO: Develop and implement SEO strategies to maximize search visibility and organic traffic.
✅ Content Marketing: Build and manage a robust content plan — including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership — to fuel SEO and lead generation.
✅ Lead Generation: Design and run creative multi-channel campaigns that attract, nurture, and convert qualified leads for our sales team.
✅ Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence, fostering engagement and building a loyal community.
✅ Media Buying: Plan, negotiate, and execute media buys (PPC, digital ads, sponsor ships) to expand reach and maximize ROI.
✅ Events & Webinars: Plan and host webinars, virtual sessions, and industry events to engage prospects and position us as thought leaders.
✅ Partner & Channel Marketing: Collaborate with technology partners (e.g., SAP) on joint marketing campaigns, leveraging available co-marketing funds.
✅ Marketing Automation & CRM: Build and manage lead nurturing workflows, ensuring strong alignment with sales and visibility across the funnel.
✅ PR & Thought Leadership: Develop PR strategies, craft press releases, and secure media coverage. Build thought leadership content that positions Muller Solutions as an expert in ERP, outsourcing, and digital transformation.
✅ Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on all marketing activities to ensure continuous improvement and clear ROI.

✔️ Proven experience in B2B marketing within the IT industry — ideally ERP (e.g., SAP), their partners, or outsourcing & managed services.
✔️ Deep understanding of branding and positioning for complex tech solutions.
✔️ Strong expertise in SEO, lead generation, content marketing, and paid media campaigns.
✔️ Hands‑on experience with social media management and marketing automation tools.
✔️ Skilled in planning and hosting webinars or industry events.
✔️ Experience in PR campaigns and building thought leadership.
✔️ Data‑driven, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, growing environment.
