Job Purpose
The Communication Manager is responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that support the company’s brand image, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen internal culture across all affiliated brands. This role focuses on ensuring message consistency and impact across various media channels, digital platforms, and internal communication channels, with the objective of strengthening brand reputation and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Communication & Brand Strategy- Develop and implement communication and branding strategies that reflect the company’s identity and values.
- Ensure message consistency across all channels, including media, digital platforms, campaigns, branches, and marketing materials.
- Develop annual and monthly content calendars.
- Oversee the production of visual and written content.
- Manage digital channel performance and audience engagement in coordination with agencies or internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
- Organize events, press conferences, and product launches.
- Ensure positive media coverage for the brand.
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns and community initiatives.
- Coordinate efforts between departments (Operations, Marketing, IT, and others) to achieve communication objectives.
- Coordinate internal communications related to brand initiatives and corporate updates.
- Ensure consistency in communication tone, visual identity, and content across departments.
- Develop and implement proactive crisis communication plans.
- Advise management on external communication during sensitive situations to protect the company’s reputation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications.
- Preferably with experience in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proven experience working with media, influencers, and managing communication campaigns.
- Strong understanding of F&B market trends and customer behavior in the region.
- High organizational and project management skills with strong stakeholder coordination.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic planning and execution capabilities.
- Crisis communication and problem-solving skills.
