Campaign Management and Performance Officer
Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams and tracking performance to improve results.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and launch marketing and communication campaigns across different channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Medical, Operations, Call Center, etc.) to ensure smooth execution.
- Track campaign performance and prepare simple reports and insights.
- Monitor response and conversion rates and suggest improvements.
- Ensure campaigns follow agreed workflows and timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in campaign management or performance marketing.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
