They will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities, including advertising, promotions, and branding, to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities
• Manage and monitor advertising campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, and social media
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional activities and events
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
• Manage the company's brand image and ensure consistency across all marketing materials
• Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other partners
• Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources
• Staybetter: up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvement
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
• Experience developing elevations and executing successful marketing strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
