Role Purpose

• The Associate Marketing Manager, Residential Marketing supports the execution of residential marketing initiatives across Red Sea Global’s portfolio of luxury developments.
• Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, this role is execution-focused, supporting delivery of campaigns, events, digital initiatives, and sales collateral. The Associate Marketing Manager works closely with Sales, Digital, Events, other projects and agency partners to help generate qualified leads, support conversion, and maintain high-quality brand delivery.
• This is an ideal role for a strong marketing executor looking to grow within luxury real estate and branded residences.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Marketing Delivery

• Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, web, paid social, content, PR, print, brochures, and eDMs.
• Assist in developing asset-level marketing materials and positioning.
• Coordinate production of marketing collateral and branded assets.
• Support CRM-driven lead generation activities and campaign execution.
• Work closely with Sales to help deliver prequalified leads and assist with sales enablement materials.
• Support development of brochures, presentations, and digital tools for client engagement.

Events, PR & UHNW Engagement

• Support delivery of residential events, private viewings, and activations in collaboration with the Events team.
• Assist with PR coordination and content distribution with Communications and agency partners.

Digital, Content & Brand

• Support Digital team with execution of digital strategies and campaign rollouts.
• Assist in maintaining website content and digital platforms.
• Support with on-site photoshoots and content creation.
• Ensure marketing materials align with brand standards and asset positioning.

Agency Coordination & Reporting

• Support management of creative, digital, PR, and media agencies.
• Assist with budget tracking, timelines, and campaign reporting.
• Help compile performance reports and insights for senior stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 4–6 years’ experience in marketing roles, ideally within luxury real estate, development, hospitality, or premium brands.
• Exposure to CRM systems, lead generation, and campaign execution.
• Understanding of HNWI/UHNWI audiences preferred.
• Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Previous experience in the GCC region preferred, with understanding of the local market.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset.
• Commercially aware with eagerness to grow into a senior marketing role.

Job Context:

• The role may require local and international travel – to assist with events and on-site activities.
