Job Purpose:

Develop high-quality written content in Arabic and English that supports corporate communications, employer branding, and digital platforms. The role ensures clarity, consistency, and alignment with organisational tone, messaging standards, and brand guidelines across all written materials.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Create, edit, and proofread bilingual content (Arabic & English) for internal and external channels, including websites, career portals, announcements, social media, and corporate materials.
  • Ensure all content is clear, accurate, and aligned with brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.
  • Translate and localise content between Arabic and English while maintaining meaning, tone, and cultural relevance.
  • Collaborate with HR, Corporate Communications, and Digital teams to support employer branding and engagement initiatives.
  • Review existing content and recommend improvements for clarity, consistency, and impact.
  • Maintain content quality standards and ensure compliance with corporate, legal, and communication policies.
  • Support ad-hoc writing needs such as speeches, presentations, reports, and announcements.



Minimum Qualifications &

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position.
