Great Place To Work® is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to be the face of our organization, strengthening our relationships with clients and amplifying their success stories. This role combines strategic client relations, compelling content creation, and impactful public speaking, offering an exciting opportunity to showcase the incredible work our certified™ organizations are doing.
What You'll Do:
- On-Site Client Engagement & Celebrations: Engage with clients during visits and celebrations to strengthen relationships and gather insights.
- Immersive Site Visits: Travel to and understand the environments of our certified™ clients across industries and regions; learn about their culture, employee initiatives, and leadership practices firsthand.
- Participation in Client Events: Attend client celebrations, award ceremonies, employee appreciation days, town halls, and other key internal events.
- Relationship Nurturing: Serve as a friendly, approachable, and trusted point of contact for clients during visits, fostering deeper connections.
- Compelling Content Creation & Storytelling: Create engaging content to showcase client workplaces, including short-form videos and written narratives.
- Short-Form Video Production: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Instagram Reels, Tik Toks, Stories) during client visits, including interviews with employees and leaders.
- Narrative Development: Craft compelling narratives and social media posts that complement video content.
- Highlighting Best Practices: Identify and capture examples of innovative HR practices and leadership behaviors that exemplify great workplaces.
- Event Hosting & Representation: Host Great Place To Work® events (webinars, virtual summits, in-person conferences); moderate panels and guide discussions to ensure engaging attendee experiences.
- Speaking Engagements: Deliver presentations and participate in panel discussions at industry events and internal client events.
- Spokesperson & Public Speaking: Act as a spokesperson for Great Place To Work®, representing the brand with conviction and enthusiasm.
- Media Opportunities: Engage in media interviews to share workplace culture insights and findings.
- Thought Leadership Amplification: Translate data and insights into accessible presentations for diverse audiences.
- Lead PR and Media Outreach: Secure consistent coverage in top-tier regional outlets.
- Client Relationship Strengthening: Maintain proactive communication with key client contacts and follow up after visits and events to ensure ongoing engagement.
- Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback and share insights to continually improve offerings.
- Identifying Opportunities: Help identify opportunities for deeper client engagement and success story amplification.
