Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Execution

• Support development of annual marketing plans
• Translate strategy into executable initiatives
• Align marketing efforts with business objectives

2. Brand Management & Consistency

• Ensure brand consistency across all channels
• Review and approve marketing materials
• Act as brand guardian across teams and vendors

3. Event & Activation Management

• Manage marketing communications for events
• Coordinate exhibitions, activations, and sponsor ships
• Support execution and post-event reporting

4. Marketing Operations & Team Leadership

• Oversee day-to-day marketing operations
• Coordinate internal teams and agencies
• Manage workflows and timelines
• Manage agencies and vendors
• Track budgets and process invoices
• Coordinate with Finance on approvals

6. Performance & Reporting

• Track KPIs and campaign performance
• Recommend KPI and metrics for all marketing activities
• Provide regular reporting to leadership

7. Sponsor ships & PR

• Manage PR and sponsorship initiatives
• Coordinate with media and PR agencies

• 5-7 years marketing experience
• Strong project management, communication and attention to detail skills
• Experience with agencies and vendors
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
