Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop the annual marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insights.
  • Set clear KPIs for all campaigns and initiatives.
2. Brand Management
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
  • Oversee creative content, designs, videos, brochures, and corporate materials.
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines.
3. Digital Marketing & Performance Management
  • Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, Tik Tok, and Snapchat.
  • Improve SEO / SEM to increase website visibility.
  • Manage CRM, GTM, Pixels, and conversion tracking systems.
  • Generate monthly performance reports and ROI analysis.
4. Social Media & Content Management
  • Develop monthly content calendars for all platforms.
  • Coordinate with designers and videographers to produce high-quality content.
  • Lead awareness, engagement, and educational campaigns.
5. Event & Campaign Execution
  • Lead company events, workshops, webinars, and exhibitions.
  • Manage product launches, press activities, and corporate gatherings.
6. Stakeholder Coordination
  • Collaborate closely with medical teams, HR, Operations, and Finance.
  • Manage agencies, vendors, and marketing suppliers.
7. Budget & Financial Management
  • Develop and monitor the marketing budget.
  • Control campaign costs and ensure strong ROI.
  • Report budget utilization and future forecast.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Media, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience (healthcare or wellness sector is an advantage).
  • Strong experience in digital performance marketing.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
