Region:
Riyadh, Al-Kharj, Qassim, Hail
Responsible for executing all on-ground and store-level marketing activities across the Central regional cluster. Acts as the field execution arm of the central marketing team, ensuring brand consistency, local activation quality, and effective communication between branches and marketing/Operations teams.
QualificationsMust Have
- Saudi National
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Valid driving license and ability to travel across assigned cities
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience in field marketing or retail operations (1–2 years)
Good to Have
- Experience in F&B or QSR industry
- Ability to manage influencers and partnerships
- Basic knowledge of reporting and analytics tools
- Photography or content creation skills
- Execute store-level marketing activities across all assigned cities and branches
- Implement central marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches at branch level
- Coordinate sampling, local activations, school and community partnerships
- Support store branding, new locations updates, and placement of promotional materials
- Coordinate and host influencer visits and local content opportunities when required
- Maintain, update, and monitor Google Maps (Google Business Profile) listings for all branches in the region
- Conduct regular branch visits to ensure execution quality and brand compliance
- Track competitor activities and local market movements within the region
- Provide structured weekly field reports, insights, and execution feedback
- Act as the main marketing point of contact for regional branch managers
