About the role:This role supports trade marketing activities and drives growth and capability initiatives across Gulf markets.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate National Promotion Plans
, Key Account Promotions, In-store Activations, POSM projects, sampling activities, sponsor ships, events, and NPD listings. - Lead strategic initiatives
:
Customer & Portfolio Segmentation, Execution Standards, Playbooks, SHELFR & NIELSEN insights, Revenue Growth Management, and Regional Winning Plans. - Provide business support
:
Identify growth opportunities, partner with DTMM Gulf, and represent Riyadh HO in decision-making.
- Ability to convert insights into actionable strategies using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Word
- Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Excellent presentation and meeting management abilities
- Hands‑on experience in portfolio management, business campaigns, pricing & cost management, and data‑driven strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Master’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant role
- Fluency in English
