Overview

We're on the lookout for dynamic and motivated talent to join our Pub Cubs Internship as Experience Design Interns. Join us and gain hands‑on experience in search engine optimization by supporting the testing, analysis, and optimization of SEO strategies and keeping up with evolving industry trends. You'll play a key role in conducting keyword research, optimizing web pages, analyzing site performance, and tracking SEO success while gaining invaluable insights into real‑world digital marketing campaigns.

• Duration: 10 weeks (June 8th – August 13th)

• Paid internship

• As part of your application, it is mandatory for you to complete an online assessment within 48 hours of your application – please  to access it.

• Just a heads up, by applying, you’re signing up for the whole program from June 8th – August 13th, 2026. It’s going to be an awesome ride, so make sure you’re all in!

• Here’s the scoop: you’ll need to be in the office at least 3 days a week, so pick a market where you’ve got that visa or residency sorted. Unfortunately, we can’t hook you up with residency, housing, or transportation, but we’ve got your back in every other way!

• Oh, and don’t forget your trusty laptop – it’s your sidekick for this adventure. We won’t be able to provide equipment, but we know you’ve got that covered!

• As this will be a paid internship and, if selected, you will be asked to provide supporting documents to finalize your contract.

• Support in testing, analyzing, and optimizing SEO objectives.

• Assist in daily SEO tasks, including reporting on keyword performance, competitive analysis, and site audits.

• Participate in reporting link‑building activities, actively contributing to the SEO landscape.

• Shadow the execution of content deliverables, including keyword research, competitor analysis, content gap analysis, optimization of landing pages, and metadata writing.

• Contribute to driving SEO innovation within the team by staying informed about market trends, identifying new platforms, technologies, and audiences to enhance our offerings.

• Make valuable contributions to discussions and brainstorming sessions, providing insights and a unique point of view.

• Currently enrolled in or have recently completed an undergraduate program in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SEO tools and practices.

• Motivated and willing to learn within a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.

• Team player with good interpersonal skills.

• Committed to approaching situations and individuals with honesty, integrity, and humility.

• Strong communications skills, both verbal and written.
