Join IDC's growing Events team as a Conference Project Manager and take the lead in delivering some of the region's most influential technology conferences and summits. We're looking for a passionate, client-focused B2B events professional with 5+ years of experience in managing conferences or exhibitions. Based in Riyadh, you'll collaborate with a talented regional team that brings IDC's vision to life across the Middle East, Türkiye, and Africa (META).

What You'll Do- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of conferences and summits across the META region.
- Work closely with internal teams, clients, and sponsors to develop compelling agendas and event experiences.
- Manage relationships with venues, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Monitor profitability, track event KPIs, and ensure events meet both client expectations and IDC standards.
- Utilize social media and digital tools to support event marketing and drive audience engagement.
- Be a team player who contributes to a collaborative, high-energy environment and inspires junior colleagues.
- Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - Minimum Experience:
5+ years of experience in managing B2B conferences, preferably within the technology, consulting, or media industries. - Proven track record in client-facing roles, event budgeting, and multi-event project management.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Working knowledge of social media platforms for event marketing and engagement.
- Experience with virtual/hybrid event platforms (e.g., CVENT, Zoom, Hopin, On24) and live streaming technologies.
