UULA Platform provides students with everything they need to excel through comprehensive educational videos prepared by a select group of teachers.

Objective

To develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to enhance the brand and achieve the company's marketing goals.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Participate in developing marketing plans and strategies with general management and the marketing department, work on their implementation, continuously monitor performance, and measure their effectiveness in achieving objectives.
  • Advertising Campaigns: Prepare, execute, and manage advertising campaigns across all marketing channels, including digital, traditional, agencies, advertisers, and others. Monitor campaigns using analytics tools and provide regular reports that include performance analysis, results, and data-based recommendations for future improvements.
  • Content Creation: Contribute to idea generation, brainstorming, and creative writing of marketing content while coordinating efforts between various departments to ensure marketing targets are achieved.
  • Marketing Channels: Manage all company marketing channels such as social media platforms, email newsletters, exhibitions, conferences, and others. Plan and schedule appropriate content to increase engagement and improve brand image.
  • Market Research: Collect and analyze data related to market research, understand customer needs, and study competitors to support informed marketing decision-making.
Requirements
  • Resident of Riyadh.
  • Good understanding of both digital and traditional marketing strategies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal and external parties.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.
  • Fast execution and adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
  • Creativity in presenting marketing ideas, improving content, and creative writing.
  • Excellent with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent with Project Management tools (Air Table, Asana, Jira, Monday, Slack).
Additional Skills
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
Academic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Professional Experience

3 to 5 years of experience in the same field.

Work Nature
  • Primarily office-based with occasional field visits as needed.
  • Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, six days a week, excluding Friday.
