The vision of the Smart Commerce team is to digitize brand owners and selling partners by providing a suite of product offerings across the business' lifecycle.
The team’s products enable SMBs to start, manage, and grow their D2C business. Our end‑to‑end offerings span website builders, checkout products, order‑management systems, and aided services that supercharge seller success in today’s omni‑channel landscape.
The ideal candidate has significant marketing experience leading teams, creating strategy, and delivering results in a high‑stakes environment. They will think and act both strategically and tactically—from planning to detailed execution—leverage data, and influence senior stakeholders without authority. We seek a relentless, customer‑obsessed, business‑minded marketer with a penchant for invention, operational excellence, and measurable results.
Key Job Responsibilities- Lead the overall marketing strategy across traffic, awareness, acquisition, and brand marketing for Smart Commerce offerings.
- Lead a high‑performance marketing team covering performance marketing, brand, growth, lifecycle marketing, and community management.
- Improve understanding of target audiences through customer research, usability studies, and data deep‑dives.
- Establish, implement, and measure the effectiveness of seller acquisition initiatives to drive acquisition of new sellers.
- Develop the right brand strategy for Smart Commerce offerings and execute it through website, social, events, and PR.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to influence the product roadmap with marketing insights.
- 7+ years of professional core marketing experience (non‑internship).
- Experience managing teams.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross‑functional teams.
- Experience guiding creative input, development, and execution from concept to completion.
- Experience developing marketing charters including branding, PR, content, and awareness in nascent programs or startups.
- Experience managing content development and campaigns.
- Experience in marketing or marketing research.
