About the roleWe’re looking for a Senior Copywriter to join our Marketing team and lead creative copy across our product marketing campaigns. In this role, you’ll craft clear, engaging messaging for financial products like Tabby Card
, making complex finance concepts easy to understand, relatable and creatively compelling.
You’ll play a key role in shaping copy across emails, push notifications, in‑app communications, and product launches, ensuring everything is customer‑centric, strategically sound, and aligned with Tabby’s brand voice.
The application process includes an interview with our Content Manager and Brand Manager, a copywriting assessment, and a final interview with our Head of Marketing.
This role is ideal for a talented copywriter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is excited to contribute to Tabby’s mission of empowering users to shop smarter and manage their finances effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Write high‑impact, on‑brand copy for ongoing marketing campaigns across multiple channels from product launches to activations
- Translate complex financial products into simple, clear and engaging messaging that customers instantly understand
- Bring creativity and personality to financial copy, making money feel approachable and aligned with Tabby’s tone
- Craft compelling in‑app notifications that drive engagement, actions, and product discovery
- Stay up to date with product marketing trends, money app content and customer engagement best practices, applying insights to optimise performance
- Collaborate closely with designers, marketers and product teams to ensure messaging and visuals work together seamlessly
- You have 3–4 years of experience in English copywriting, preferably within a fintech, bank, e‑commerce, or tech environment.
- You’re a creative thinker with a knack for turning complex topics into simple, everyday content that helps and delights customers at the same time
- You have a solid understanding of writing for different digital platforms (Emails, Push Notifications, in‑app).
- You can collaborate with designers and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- You’re highly organised, detail‑oriented, and can manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- You understand the importance of data and can adapt copy based on performance metrics to optimise results.
