Marketing Co-op​/Internship Trainee

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities across digital and on-ground channels.
• Track and follow up on assigned tasks within the department using approved tools and systems.
• Monitor social media platforms, track engagement metrics, and report on customer feedback and interactions.
• Support content planning by contributing ideas, developing content themes, and coordinating with content writers.
• Follow up on design deliverables and ensure alignment with approved brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
• Create engaging and creative content tailored for Tik Tok and other relevant social media platforms.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative marketing ideas and contribute to campaign development.
• Prepare preliminary marketing plans, reports, and presentations based on guidance from the direct manager.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Media, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in and knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Tik Tok and emerging digital trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken) with a good command of English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of quickly learning new tools and task management systems.
• Demonstrates a proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong interest in staying up to date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
