- Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Linked In, ensuring it resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and insights, using analytics tools to track engagement and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns that leverage social media to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive community around our brand.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify best practices in the industry, adapting our strategies to stay ahead of market trends.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking, to ensure maximum return on investment.
- Prepare monthly reports on social media performance, highlighting key metrics and providing insights for future strategy adjustments.
- Stay updated on the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in our approach.
- Design high-quality visual assets and graphics for social media posts, advertisements, and branding materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Produce and edit engaging short‑form video content (Reels, Tik Toks) that aligns with current trends and brand identity.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to streamline content scheduling and analytics.
- Strong writing and communication skills to create compelling content that engages and informs our audience.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices to enhance the visibility of social media posts and drive organic traffic.
- Experience with social media advertising, including budget management and performance analysis.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform strategy and improve engagement rates across platforms.
- Creative thinking to develop innovative campaigns that capture the attention of our target demographic.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Expertise in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva) to produce high‑quality visual content.
- Advanced skills in video editing and production for social media platforms.
