Responsibilities

  • Develops Brand Plan and LRS in line with Strategic priorities and global and affiliate guidance.
  • Identifies and analyzes strategic options and recommends Brand strategic choices and key tactical programs.
  • Partners with cross functions in the development and execution of brand strategies.
  • Assumes key role in the development of effective partnerships with KSE.
  • Leads overall initiatives on Repatha.
  • Ensures effective communication with relevant affiliate functions.
  • Collaborates closely with key markets in Europe, including co‑creation on key initiatives and effective best practice sharing.
  • Coordinates competitive intelligence and drives competitive action plans.
  • Manages performance metrics for Repatha.
  • Reviews brand business cases.
  • Collaborates with other Brand Directors within the EU Marketing and Commercial Excellence team on joint projects.
  • Leads and develops the Repatha Marketing Team.
Qualifications
  • ≥5 years experience in industry and ≥3 years experience as a Product Manager.
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written communications.
  • Documented track record of marketing management success and product launches.
  • Experience in cardiovascular marketing.
  • Computer skills: proficiency in MS Office programs.
  • Leadership experience.
