The RoleThis role focuses on building how Dal’s products are positioned and communicated in the market, with a strong emphasis on clear value articulation and product adoption. You will be responsible for developing and executing go‑to‑market initiatives, product messaging, and customer‑facing narratives that bring product value to life. The role also supports Dal’s external presence through events, customer success stories and case studies, and market engagement activities that strengthen brand visibility and trust.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Positioning & Messaging: Build and define how Dal’s products are positioned and communicated in the market, ensuring clear and consistent value articulation.
Go‑to‑Market Execution: Develop and execute go‑to‑market initiatives for product launches, feature releases, and market expansion activities.
Customer Stories & Case Studies: Create customer success stories and case studies that clearly demonstrate product value, outcomes, and business impact.
Market Research & Insights: Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify opportunities and inform product and market direction.
Content & Commercial Support: Develop product messaging, presentations, and materials that support customer conversations and business development.
Brand Presence & Product Representation: Support Dal’s presence in the market through events, industry engagements, and customer‑facing activities, while representing the product and clearly communicating its value to customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Campaign Execution: Plan and execute initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and product adoption.
Cross‑Functional Alignment: Work closely with internal teams to align product direction, market opportunities, and execution.
Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor initiatives, analyze results, and continuously improve messaging and execution based on insights.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, Brand, or similar roles within B2B SaaS, Fin Tech, or Reg Tech.
- Strong ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling value propositions.
- Experience in go‑to‑market execution, product launches, or campaign management.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create customer‑facing narratives and case studies.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, early‑stage environment with high ownership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
