Job Description
The Associate Brand & Customer Manager role represents a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact for patients. The role is responsible for leading and coordinating efforts on the launch of our new brand in the COPD space.
In this role, you will play a critical part within the Pharmaceutical Business Unit in Saudi Arabia, ensuring launch excellence and driving high-quality execution of brand strategies. You will maximize the value of the assigned brands by contributing to strategy shaping, leading implementation excellence, enabling field team execution, and ensuring strong cross‑functional alignment while maintaining a strong customer‑centric approach.
Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Planning & Execution- Contribute to the development of local brand strategies based on market insights, customer needs, and business priorities.
- Own and drive execution of brand plans end‑to‑end, ensuring timely, high‑quality, and compliant delivery.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable initiatives tailored to the Saudi market.
- Actively lead brand planning cycles, bringing insights, recommendations, and execution perspectives.
- Own specific components of the brand plan (e.g., campaigns, channels, customer segments) with clear accountability.
- Develop plans through data‑driven insights and field feedback to strengthen impact.
- Lead the development and localization of promotional and non‑promotional materials aligned with brand strategy.
- Ensure consistent, high‑quality communication of the brand value proposition across all customer touchpoints.
- Drive impactful customer engagement initiatives to support brand growth and differentiation.
- Own the readiness and effectiveness of sales enablement tools and materials for assigned brands.
- Lead training initiatives to ensure field teams are equipped to execute with confidence and consistency.
- Act as a go‑to brand expert for the sales team, providing guidance and clarity on execution.
- Lead coordination across Medical, Market Access, Policy, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Sales teams for assigned initiatives.
- Drive alignment and accountability across stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure strong integration between strategy and execution across all functions.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics, identifying opportunities to strengthen brand performance and expand impact.
- Monitor brand performance and proactively recommend actions to enhance outcomes.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations and initiatives.
- Own tracking of brand KPIs, performance, and budget utilization.
- Support forecasting and ensure alignment between demand planning and brand activities.
- Identify risks and proactively drive corrective actions.
8. Personal Development- Continuously upgrade technical knowledge and skills to follow new marketing trends and methodologies relevant to the assigned portfolio and stay up to date on the latest product and therapeutic area information for all allocated portfolio indications by attending internal scientific and product trainings, conferences and symposia, as well as by self‑study.
- Write his/her EDP with guidance and agreement of the Manager, who assesses it quarterly for progress.
- Ensure strict adherence to pharma marketing compliance, ethical codes, and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with regulatory and company standards.
- Ensure that all relevant company policies, business practices, local Laws and regulations, and compliance guidelines are being followed ensuring high compliance and ethics standards. Ensure highest level of integrity in the territory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences.
- 2–4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Sales, Marketing, or related roles).

Works effectively across functions while driving alignment and outcomes through clear and strong communication skills. - Experience working with Pulmonologists is a plus.
- Saudi nationality required.
