Job SummaryThe Influencer Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and managing influencer marketing campaigns that align with the company's marketing objectives. This role involves identifying suitable influencers, managing partnerships, overseeing campaign execution, and analyzing performance to maximize results.
Key Responsibilities- Research and identify influencers that align with the target audience and campaign goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and talent agencies.
- Negotiate partnership terms, contracts, and campaign budgets.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer marketing campaigns.
- Review influencer content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, content, and design.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, influencer marketing best practices, and emerging creators.
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
