The Performance Marketing will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising channels (Google Ads, Snapchat, Meta, Linked In, and others) to generate high-quality leads and drive SQL conversion. The role requires a data-driven marketer with hands‑on expertise in campaign execution, performance analysis, and funnel optimization, ensuring that paid media contributes directly to the company’s growth objectives.
Key Accountabilities- Developing and implementing a paid media strategy aligned with company objectives to drive qualified leads and SQLs.
- Managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Snapchat, Meta, Linked In, and emerging channels.
- Executing and optimizing campaigns across the funnel to improve lead‑to‑SQL and SQL‑to‑customer conversion rates.
- Designing and running A/B testing frameworks to optimize creatives, messaging, and targeting.
- Monitoring and analyzing performance (leads, SQLs, conversion rates, ROAS) and making data-driven decisions.
- Collaborating with content, design, and product marketing teams to ensure creative alignment with performance goals.
- Working closely with Sales to align paid campaigns with buyer personas and business segments that deliver higher conversions.
- Benchmarking performance against industry standards and competitor campaigns.
- Preparing reports and insights to communicate channel impact to leadership and recommend scaling or budget reallocation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in paid media management, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.
- Proven track record of improving lead quality, SQL conversion rates, and ROI across multiple channels.
- Hands‑on experience in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Snapchat, Linked In, Meta.
- Strong knowledge of attribution modeling and multi‑channel funnel analysis.
- Analytical and data‑driven mindset with proficiency in performance tools (Google Analytics, Metabase, or similar).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
