We are Ethos Interactive, a leading digital communication group in MENA. We are seeking a Creative Content Lead to shape innovative content ideas, drive creative direction across multiple platforms, and act as the primary client-facing creative engine.
What You'll Do- Be the creative force: generate original content ideas beyond executing briefs, develop content series, hero campaigns, and platform-native programs that resonate with audiences.
- Direct how content comes to life: shape video content from concept to screen, write treatments, guide directors and editors, give clear creative direction on shoots, and review cuts with a critical eye.
- Live on the platforms: act as a genuinely native social media strategist for Tik Tok, Instagram, Snap, X, and You Tube, mastering trends, formats, sounds, and creators by instinct.
- Read the room: stay attuned to local culture in real time—trends, dialect, humor—and translate this into content that feels native, not translated.
- Build and present the work: create clean, sharp presentations that sell ideas, present confidently to senior client stakeholders—including C-level audiences—and defend creative thinking with clarity.
- Own the day-to-day: run content calendars across multiple clients, ensuring every post, script, and caption is on-brand, on-time, and on-platform; write and edit copy when necessary.
- Lead a small team: manage content executives and associates, review their work, develop their skills, and give them clear direction.
- Sharpen the work with insight: use social listening tools and platform analytics to inform decisions, build simple monthly performance frameworks, and demonstrate ROI to clients.
- 5–8 years of experience in content, social, or creative roles, either agency or in-house brand.
- Strong cultural fluency in this market—understanding audiences, dialects, humor, and platforms from lived experience.
- Fluent in Arabic and English with strong writing in both languages.
- A portfolio showcasing original creative content programs, not just executed briefs.
- Strong video direction instinct—capability to write treatments, direct shoots, and provide edit feedback.
- Genuinely native to social platforms—personal feed evidence of platform expertise.
- Confident presenter with experience building decks that sell ideas and presenting to senior clients (C-level a plus).
- Comfortable being the primary client-facing day-to-day contact.
- Experience managing at least 2–3 people, with an appetite to lead more.
- Comfort with social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, and Talkwalker, and platform analytics.
