Ecommerce Marketing Intern

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and analytical Ecommerce Marketing Intern to join our Ecommerce team. This role offers hands‑on exposure to the full spectrum of digital marketing — from content creation and social media management to performance analysis and campaign execution — within a live ecommerce operation.

You will collaborate directly with the Ecommerce Consultant and broader team to support marketing initiatives that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across our online channels.

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and online marketplaces.
• Help create engaging product descriptions, banners, promotional copy, and social media content.
• Support the coordination of seasonal campaigns, flash sales, and promotional events.
• Assist with scheduling and publishing content across ecommerce and social platforms.

• Support on‑page SEO efforts including keyword research, meta descriptions, and product listing optimization.
• Monitor and report on website traffic, campaign performance, and conversion metrics using tools such as Google Analytics.
• Assist in managing and updating product listings across platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Research competitor activity and market trends to inform marketing strategy.

• Help manage customer‑facing communications including newsletters and promotional emails.
• Assist in monitoring customer reviews and feedback across ecommerce channels.
• Support loyalty and retention initiatives by coordinating targeted outreach campaigns.
• Track engagement metrics across social platforms and suggest improvements.

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written communication skills with a creative flair for content.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, X, Linked In) and basic digital marketing concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Hands‑on experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Woo Commerce, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
• Graphic design skills using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.
