Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand growth, market share, sales performance, and profitability across the pharmaceutical portfolio. Lead brand planning, product launches, promotional activities, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing & Brand Management- Develop annual brand strategies and marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including product launches, growth, maturity, and portfolio optimization.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activities, customer insights, and healthcare dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
- Define brand positioning, value propositions, and communication strategies.
- Lead new product launch planning and execution.
- Develop forecasts, business cases, and launch readiness plans.
- Identify opportunities for line extensions, new indications, and portfolio expansion.
- Monitor sales performance, market share, and profitability against targets.
- Track KPIs and recommend corrective actions to maximize business results.
- Develop demand forecasts and manage marketing budgets effectively.
- Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and consumers where applicable.
- Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, influencers, and vendors.
- Drive omnichannel engagement strategies and digital transformation initiatives.
- Conduct market analysis and customer research to understand prescribing behavior and patient needs.
- Utilize IQVIA, pharmacy sell-out data, market audits, and internal analytics to support strategic decisions.
- Translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Business Development teams.
- Support field force effectiveness through training, sales tools, and promotional programs.
- Coordinate with key external stakeholders, including distributors and pharmacy chains.
- Develop and manage annual marketing budgets.
- Monitor ROI of marketing investments and promotional activities.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize business impact.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with local health authority regulations and company policies.
- Review promotional materials for regulatory and ethical compliance.
- Maintain adherence to industry codes and standards.
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing
- Proven track record in product launches and brand growth.
