• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with company goals
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, and Facebook
• Monitor and respond to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner
• Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to produce consistent and impactful messaging
• Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve performance
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets
• Assist in developing influencer partnerships and collaborations

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content
• Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple projects simultaneously
