As Marketing Officer you will be the creative force behind our brand identity, digital presence, community outreach, and promotional campaigns. You’ll play a key role in shaping the public image of the school, increasing engagement with key audiences, generating qualified admissions enquiries and supporting enrolment goals. This position requires strategic thinking, creativity, strong collaboration with leadership, staff, parents and pupils, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders effectively.
StrategicMarketing & Branding
- Develop and implement a results‑driven annual marketing strategy and campaign calendar aligned with school goals and enrolment objectives.
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all channels and materials.
- Identify and engage key target audiences, including local and international families, corporate organisations, relocation companies, embassies, compounds, nurseries and community groups.
- Build strong relationships with local media, press, educational partners, corporate organisations, relocation companies, embassies and community groups.
- Represent the school at public events, fairs, exhibitions, corporate events, networking opportunities, open days, workshops and promotional activities.
- Promote the school’s achievements, values and unique offerings.
- Manage the school website, social media platforms, email campaigns and digital advertising.
- Plan, execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google and other appropriate platforms.
- Create and curate engaging content, including newsletters, videos, photography, blog posts, case studies, brochures, advertisements and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor performance metrics, enquiry sources, campaign effectiveness and digital engagement, and optimise digital outreach accordingly.
- Conduct A/B testing of digital advertisements, landing pages, email campaigns and key marketing messages to improve engagement, lead generation and conversion performance.
- Organise open days, campus tours and promotional events.
- Collaborate with staff, pupils and parents to showcase success stories and build trust.
- Encourage pupil voice and family participation in marketing initiatives.
- Build relationships with compounds, nurseries, corporate organisations, relocation companies, embassies and community groups to generate admissions opportunities and strengthen engagement.
- Conduct research on market trends, community expectations, competitor activity and developments within the Saudi education sector.
- Provide insights to keep the school ahead of marketing and education trends.
- Monitor marketing performance, analyse enquiry sources and campaign effectiveness, and prepare regular reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Admissions team and Call Centre to deliver campaigns that drive enrolment.
- Align marketing efforts with the admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment.
- Develop lead‑generation campaigns, promotional materials, communication plans, follow‑up activity and conversion initiatives.
- Manage the marketing budget responsibly and report on campaign ROI.
- Provide regular updates to the Headmaster and leadership team.
