A fast-growing mobility and car-rental technology company is looking for a founding marketer to build our brand from the ground up and own growth.
This isn't a role for someone who needs a playbook. You'll build the marketing function, own the budget, and report directly to the founder. We're looking for someone who already has the expertise, the instincts, and the drive to make it happen.
THE OPPORTUNITYWe operate where a consumer marketplace meets a B2B platform — a consumer app that needs downloads and bookings, and a business channel that needs partners to adopt our technology. You'll run both motions. Most marketers have done one of these well; we want someone energized by both.
If you want to build a category brand rather than optimize someone else's, this is the seat.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN- The brand — identity, voice, positioning — built from scratch
- The full digital engine: performance/paid acquisition, ASO, SEO/SEM, social, content, CRM
- The marketing budget
- The metrics that matter: CAC, LTV, install-to-booking conversion, partner acquisition cost
- A team you hire and lead as we scale
Someone who arrives with the knowledge, the expertise, and the ability to build this — not to learn it here.
- 5+ years in marketing with real ownership of growth at an app, marketplace, on-demand, or consumer-tech business — you've driven installs and conversions, not just impressions.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with firsthand command of the Saudi consumer and digital landscape — Tik Tok/Snap dynamics, seasonality, the local influencer and partner ecosystem.
- Hands-on with performance tools and attribution (Adjust, Apps Flyer, Meta, Google, Tik Tok, Snap). You build and run campaigns yourself — you don't just brief an agency.
- A genuine brand builder who has shaped identity, voice, and positioning from zero.
- Analytical — you make decisions from the data, not the mood.
- A builder who moves fast, wears several hats, and thrives in a founding-team environment.
- Experience marketing to both consumers and businesses (B2B2C)
- Automotive, mobility, or fleet background
- You've built a brand or a growth engine from zero before
