WAFY is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to scale digital growth through data‑driven decision making. You will lead paid media strategy across Meta, Google, Tik Tok, Snapchat and other platforms, optimizing ROAS and customer acquisition.
Collaborate with the creative and analytics teams to develop high‑performing ad creatives, manage budgets and bids, and report on ROAS, CAC and conversions. You’ll use Apps Flyer or Adjust for attribution and maintain hands‑on control of campaigns.
