Position OverviewThe Manager, Events is a strategic leader responsible for planning and executing HUMAIN’s global and local event programs that strengthen brand awareness, create meaningful customer experiences, and support commercial objectives. This role partners closely with Business Units (BUs), Sales, Marketing, and Communications to deliver world-class events aligned with organizational priorities and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership- Develop HUMAIN’s global and local events strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and BU priorities.
- Develop and enhance executive presence at events, ensuring HUMAIN’s leaders represent the company consistently and effectively at high-profile engagements.
- Identify strategic opportunities for events to support sales objectives, lead generation, product adoption, and customer engagement.
- Define KPIs for events and continuously optimize based on performance insights.
- Serve as the strategic partner to BU leaders for event planning, positioning, and execution with direction from Communications & Marketing leadership.
- Lead the full lifecycle of event management, including concept development, program design, logistics, vendor management, run-of-show, and on-site leadership.
- Manage signature corporate events, product launches, conferences, experiential activations, executive round tables, and partner engagements.
- Design experiences that highlight HUMAIN’s products and solutions while supporting sales conversations and commercial outcomes.
- Ensure HUMAIN’s brand identity and values are consistently represented across every event touchpoint.
- Manage event calendars and coordinate priorities across multiple internal stakeholders.
- Partner closely with Communications, Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Sales, and BU teams to align event strategy with revenue goals.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to develop event-driven lead generation plans, customer engagement opportunities, and post-event follow-up.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, agencies, vendors, and event partners.
- Facilitate planning milestones, communication, and post-event reporting.
- Own the global events budget, including forecasting, allocation, tracking, and optimization.
- Process invoices and work with Procurement to ensure timely vendor payments.
- Negotiate vendor contracts, evaluate proposals, and ensure cost-effective event execution without compromising quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with event suppliers, venues, production companies, and service providers.
- Manage and mentor the events team (internal staff and/or external vendors when required), fostering collaboration, creativity, and operational excellence.
- Establish scalable systems, processes, and best practices for event production.
- Identify resource needs and scale the team’s capabilities as HUMAIN’s global presence grows.
- Conduct post-event analysis, capturing attendee feedback, event ROI, business impact, and recommendations.
- Track and report on event performance metrics such as attendance, engagement, lead generation, pipeline influence, and customer engagement.
- Present results and strategic recommendations to leadership and Business Units.
- 7-8 years of experience in event strategy and management within global organizations or fast-paced companies.
- Proven success delivering large-scale global and local events with measurable business impact.
- Demonstrated experience using events to support sales, demand generation, or customer engagement initiatives.
- Strong ability to translate business objectives into impactful event experiences.
- Exceptional project management, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
