Performance Marketing Manager
Are you passionate about scaling digital growth through data‑driven marketing? WAFY is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media strategy and drive customer acquisition across digital channels. If you have hands‑on experience managing high‑performing campaigns and optimizing ROAS, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing :- Manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and other digital platforms.
- Optimize budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign performance.
- Lead app install campaigns and improve booking conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance using attribution platforms such as Apps Flyer or Adjust.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high‑converting ad creatives.
- Track and report key metrics including ROAS, CAC, and conversion performance.
- 3–5 years of performance marketing experience in a marketplace, e-commerce, or mobile app environment.
- Hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns (not agency‑only oversight).
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience with mobile attribution platforms such as Apps Flyer or Adjust.
