The Social Media Manager will be responsible for defining and executing digital strategies for Maison Pyramide’s clients, ensuring a strong, differentiated, and culturally relevant online presence across platforms. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, overseeing content planning, campaign development, and performance tracking to drive engagement, brand growth, and measurable results.
The Social Media Manager will work closely with internal teams and clients to translate business objectives into impactful social media strategies, while continuously analyzing performance and identifying opportunities to enhance digital presence.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with each client’s objectives and brand positioning.
- Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and ensure best practices are applied.
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients on content direction, audience engagement, and digital growth.
- Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging formats to keep strategies relevant and innovative.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns, including paid social initiatives, defining target audiences and managing budgets according to client needs.
- Ensure campaigns are optimized to drive engagement, awareness, and conversion.
- Translate engagement into tangible outcomes such as increased brand visibility, leads, or sales interest.
- Oversee the management of client social media platforms, ensuring consistent tone of voice and brand alignment.
- Coordinate with internal teams and creatives to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Moderate communities and engage with audiences across platforms to maintain a strong brand presence.
- Ensure content calendars are executed effectively and deadlines are met.
- Track performance metrics across platforms and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Identify trends in customer interactions and engagement behavior.
- Explore and recommend new analytics tools to improve reporting and performance measurement.
- Work closely with department leads and cross‑functional teams to align on campaign objectives and content needs.
- Support clients with ongoing guidance to ensure their digital presence remains competitive and impactful.
- 5‑6 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, analytics, and digital campaign management.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Experience working with multiple clients or in an agency environment preferred.
- Strategic planning and analytical thinking.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent organization and time management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
