  • Lead and manage the overall marketing function, including brand management, communications, public relations, digital marketing, CRM, partnerships, experiential marketing, client engagement, and strategic events.
  • Act as the guardian of the Rolls-Royce brand, ensuring flawless execution and full compliance with global brand standards across all customer touchpoints, communications, partnerships, and client experiences.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Kingdom’s Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individual (UHNWI) landscape and design bespoke engagement programs targeting Royal Families, Family Offices, Entrepreneurs, CEOs, Chairmen, Wealth Creators, Collectors, and influential luxury consumers.
  • Create and implement acquisition, retention, advocacy, and relationship-building strategies that strengthen long-term client loyalty and elevate the ownership experience.
  • Lead the planning and execution of world-class luxury experiences, including vehicle launches, bespoke commissioning experiences, private previews, client appreciation events, international travel programs, lifestyle collaborations, and luxury brand partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with luxury partners, key opinion leaders, media representatives, family offices, high-profile stakeholders, and influential members of the luxury ecosystem.
  • Identify emerging luxury trends, wealth movements, consumer behaviors, and cultural shifts impacting UHNWI audiences, translating insights into innovative marketing initiatives and commercial opportunities.
  • Lead all communications, public relations, reputation management, and thought leadership initiatives to strengthen the prestige, desirability, and visibility of the Rolls-Royce brand within Saudi Arabia.
  • Drive digital marketing excellence across social media, content marketing, CRM, customer journey management, lead generation, analytics, and personalized client communications.
  • Manage substantial marketing budgets, agencies, suppliers, and external partners, ensuring measurable return on investment, operational excellence, and optimal resource allocation.
  • Establish and monitor marketing KPIs, performance dashboards, and executive reporting mechanisms while presenting strategic recommendations to executive leadership, manufacturer representatives, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, accountability, attention to detail, and client-centricity consistent with Rolls-Royce standards.
