We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Account Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about social media.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day communication with clients, ensuring smooth project execution and excellent client servicing.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Coordinate with internal creative, content, and production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.
- Write engaging, platform-specific captions that align with each brand's tone of voice.
- Handle community management by monitoring comments, messages, and online conversations, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Contribute creative ideas and content concepts for monthly content calendars, campaigns, and social activations.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take client briefs, and follow up on action items.
- Monitor social media performance and assist in preparing monthly reports and client presentations.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital opportunities.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and client objectives.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media account management or client servicing, preferably within a digital, advertising, or creative agency.
- Proven experience managing client relationships and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with government or semi-government clients is a strong advantage.
- Hands‑on experience with community management and audience engagement.
- Strong copywriting skills with experience writing social media captions.
- Ability to contribute creative ideas and participate in campaign ideation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with social media management, reporting, and project management tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field is preferred.
