The Brand & Customer Manager role will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact for patients by leading and coordinating efforts across the Cardiometabolic portfolio. The main focus is the launch of a new PCSK9 inhibitor, ensuring launch excellence and long-term brand success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Launch Excellence / Brand Strategy & Planning

    Develop and execute a comprehensive launch plan, including product positioning, pre‑launch activities, patient journey mapping, and insights generation.

    Implement robust brand plans with the Cross‑Functional Team (CFT), covering positioning, segmentation, and messaging strategies.

    Lead brand planning and forecasting in coordination with finance, sales, and other stakeholders.

    Analyse market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.

    Identify high‑potential accounts and map key stakeholders and patient pathways within the healthcare ecosystem.

  • Promotional & Campaign Management

    Lead the development of an integrated communication strategy (digital, print, in‑person) and multi‑channel campaigns.

    Coordinate approval processes with medical, regulatory, and legal departments.

    Support the implementation of effective brand launch and portfolio selling strategies.

  • Stakeholder Engagement

    Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs) to support brand awareness and education through in‑person interactions, events, and congresses.

    Collaborate closely with the CFT to align strategic objectives, plan activities, and monitor implementation.

    Provide training, marketing tools, and clear brand communication to the sales force.

  • Budget & Operations

    Manage brand budgets and ensure cost‑effective use of resources.

    Maintain a complete database of all planned and implemented activities per brand.

    Monitor sales data, CRM outputs, and marketing KPIs to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.

  • Personal Development & Compliance

    Continuously upgrade technical knowledge and skills related to marketing trends and methodologies.

    Ensure strict adherence to pharmaceutical marketing compliance, ethical codes, and internal SOPs.

    Maintain high compliance and ethics standards, following all relevant company policies and local laws.

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
    • At least 2 years of marketing experience required
    • Saudi nationality required
    • Previous experience in the Cardiometabolic area and/or launch experience in KSA is preferred
    • Proficiency in English required

    • Experience in cardiology commercialization or a similar field

    • Experience around program measurement set up, monitoring, and reporting
    • People‑centric and proactive, with a sense of urgency and the ability to manage competing priorities
    • Ability to lead and influence across functions and stakeholders
