Conceptualises and realises ideas through language, writes narratives and scripts, supports technology use, mentors juniors, and drives creative quality.

Design and implement content strategy, create engaging digital content, analyse user data, and develop marketing communications for brand visibility and customer engagement.

Develop and maintain technical documentation for banking technology, ensuring compliance with Governance, Risk & Compliance standards and ISO regulations.

Gather and verify information, write and edit stories, develop creative presentations, and propose field ideas while advising colleagues.

Responsible for creating precise technical documentation for cloud systems and compliance, requiring expertise in technical writing, API architecture, and cryptographic standards.

Support the development and publication of policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to branding guidelines while managing multiple stakeholders.
