The Role
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, managing product positioning, coordinating marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all customer touchpoints. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement annual brand plans.
- Manage brand positioning and messaging.
- Lead product launch initiatives.
- Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns.
- Monitor brand performance and market trends.
- Conduct consumer and competitor research.
- Manage relationships with advertising and creative agencies.
- Collaborate with sales teams on commercial initiatives.
- Monitor marketing budgets and campaign ROI.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Present performance updates to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of brand management experience.
- Strong understanding of consumer marketing and brand development.
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and external agencies.
- Fluency in English is required;
Arabic would be an advantage.
